This Women-Only Instructional Sailing Retreat in the British Virgin Islands is the perfect chance to boost your sailing abilities, build confidence, and create lasting friendships. Whether you’re a seasoned sailor or just getting started, this retreat offers a welcoming space for women of all skill levels to come together and learn.

What to Expect:

  • Expert Instruction: Build your confidence sailing by learning from experienced sailors: Instructional Captain Emily Leach and Instructional First Mate Jackie Busch.
  • Training starts 3 months prior to the trip with monthly Crew Meetings to work on planning, itinerary building and provisioning.
