I’ve always believed that a boat has a story to tell, and my 1987 Pearson 27 is no exception. For the past year, this sailboat has been my trusty companion on Lake Travis, where I’ve had the joy of learning how to single-hand and teach men, women and couples how to sail with confidence.

I love nothing more than to hang out and sleep on Sashe, in 2025 I’ll start sharing her with others.

The refurbishment is more than just a facelift; it’s about honoring the boat’s history while making it ready for new adventures. From modernizing the galley to optimizing every nook and cranny for better storage. I’m focused on making this boat not only beautiful but incredibly practical, every detail is getting the attention it deserves. It’s a labor of love, and I can’t wait to see it all come together.

Starting in the spring of 2025, I’ll be offering day charters on Lake Travis, giving more people the chance to experience the beauty and serenity of sailing. And for those who want to extend their time on the water, I’m thrilled to offer the option to stay overnight on the boat. Imagine waking up to the gentle rocking of the water and the sound of birds greeting the day—pure magic.

This project is a significant step in expanding what I can offer to my community of sailors and adventurers.
